CREATE

CREATE is an all-campus student conference hosted annually by the Office of Scholarship, Research, and Creative Activity at the end of the spring semester.

The conference offers students the opportunity to experience a supportive, academic‑style conference setting where they can present their work, receive meaningful feedback, and engage with peers and mentors. By highlighting student excellence and fostering a collegial environment for knowledge exchange, CREATE helps strengthen VIU's culture of curiosity, discovery, and creative expression.

CREATE 2026 takes place March 30 to April 2
